Delete your Bookflexgym account or request data deletion.

Bookflexgym users can delete their account from inside the app, or request help from support if they cannot access the app. This page explains the steps, what data is deleted, what may be retained, and how to request partial data deletion.

Delete your account from the app

  1. Open the Bookflexgym app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to your user profile or account settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and confirm deletion.
  5. After deletion completes, you will be signed out and the deleted account will no longer be available.
The standard account deletion flow is available inside the app from the user profile/account area.

Request deletion if you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, have uninstalled the app, or need help with account deletion, email supportbookflexgym@gmail.com from your registered email address.

Please include:

  • Your registered Bookflexgym email address.
  • Your request, such as "Please delete my Bookflexgym account and associated data."
  • Any extra detail needed to identify the account if you used Google Sign-In.

Request deletion of specific data without deleting your account

Users may also request deletion of specific app data without closing the entire account. Email supportbookflexgym@gmail.com and describe the data you want removed.

  • Health Vault reports or OCR records.
  • Saved clinical notes, medical notes, or doctor visit preparation records.
  • Dietician, food log, medicine, scanner, or follow-up records.
  • Profile, location, uploaded image, audio, or document data where eligible for deletion.

Data deleted after account deletion

  • Primary account profile data associated with your Bookflexgym account.
  • Account-linked health, fitness, report, medicine, note, scanner, and history records that are eligible for deletion.
  • Health Vault records and saved report summaries tied to your account.
  • Locally cached session state on the device after sign-out or account removal.

Data that may be retained

Bookflexgym may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, billing, dispute handling, backup recovery, or platform integrity. Retained records are kept only for the required period and are not used for unrelated purposes.

  • Payment, billing, refund, or transaction records where legally required.
  • Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and operational audit records.
  • Backups until normal retention and deletion cycles complete.
  • Records that must be retained to comply with law, enforce terms, or resolve disputes.

Processing timeline

In-app deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Support-assisted requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period, usually within 7 to 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security checks, legal reasons, or account verification.
